Description

ras maqtuwa.

Literally: a severed head.

Figuratively: that very particular state of being so busy, overwhelmed and all over the place that you no longer know whether you're coming or going. Kind of like a headless chicken.

Basically, a normal Tuesday.

A little piece of Maltese language printed around the neckline in gothic lettering, with tiny swords on either side. Subtle enough that nobody needs to know what it means. Much funnier when they do.

Printed by hand in Malta using water-based ink on a cherry red acid-washed cotton tee. The mottled wash gives each shirt its own worn-in, vintage finish, so no two are exactly identical.

For the busy, the overwhelmed and the permanently ras maqtugħa.
