Berlin:

Free pick up is possible in Neukolln! Please contact me and we will arrange a pick up outside my studio during office hours.

Germany:

All items are shipping out with Deutsche Post Prio or DHL Paket and come with a tracking number.

Europe and Worldwide:

All items come with tracked shipping and are shipped via standard mail routes.

 

Lost Mail:

If your mail gets lost, I cannot offer refunds with standard postal methods. If you wish to upgrade to insured shipping please write to us on screengirlberlin@gmail.com and we will search for the most affordable insured service available to your region.  

 

Print on demand:

 Some items in my shop (specified in descriptions) are made to order and sent directly to you from my production partners. Depending on where you are located, the factory closest to you will fulfill and send your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, some of the items in your order will arrive at different times and in different packages. Please note: If there is a problem with these items, there is a strict 4 week policy after arrival date to submit a complaint of late or damaged package. If you go beyond these 4 weeks then I am unable to refund/resend.
